HOW TO COOK CURRY cHICKEN
Remove chicken from package and place in a pot with approximately 1.5 cups of water or just enough to cover the Chicken. Set stove to medium low heat, cover pot and let simmer for 30-40 minutes or until Chicken is tender. Uncover pot for the last 10-15 minutes to reduce the sauce and thicken. You can add diced Potatoes halfway through cooking for a heartier meal.
