GRILLING: Preheat grill at medium heat. Remove Pork from package and place on grill. Close grill and cook for 45-60 minutes turning meat occasionally.  Internal temperature should reach 170°F-77°C before consuming. 

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F(190°C). Remove Pork from Package and place in a roasting pan or foil lined tray. Cover and bake for 60-75 minutes.
